1. Choose your package

​Select the package that best suits your needs.



2. Complete the form

​Complete all the questions in the form in order to make your vision about your business clear. Provide as much information as you possibly can, so we can elaborate an accurate concept. All the information provided are confidential.



3. Complete the payment procedures

​After filling out the form, you should proceed to the payment section, using the PayPal system or deposit account. Once the payment is confirmed, the process of creating the logo starts.



4. Receive the logos

​Within a period of 3 o 5 business days you shall receive the logos via email, according to the package choosen previously. Based on this options, you should choose the line of design which is more tuned to your expectations, and send comments requesting the modifications you see fit, so that we can reach a design concept that is unique and representative of your company and your values.



5. Revisions

​The chosen logo may go through a process of revision, color study and re-design until you are totally satisfied. Once the logo is approved, we begin working on the stationery (business card, letterhead and envelope)



6. Receive the final files

​The final version of the files approved by the customer will be sent via email in the following formats:

AI (Adobe Illustrator)/ CDR (Corel Draw) / EPS – These formats are suitable for any kind of printing.
GIF / PNG  - Formats suited for the internet.
PSD – Files in a photo format, with 300dpi and transparent background.
JPG – Files in color and in black and white for Word documents, Excel, Fax and others.

All the files will be stored in our archives, to ensure that, if you have any technical problems, we keep the back up of all our works, and it will not hinder the use of the logo. In addition, the files may still be used in any future design projects to be developed with Time is Logo.
